Pamela Li, President, GE, CE, has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering. She has extensive experience in geotechnical investigations, stability and settlement analyses, groundwater and seepage analysis, dam engineering, soil improvement, retaining structures, soil erosion, etc. Ms. Li also has extensive experience with government agencies, project management and engineering support during construction.
Paul S.W. Lai, Vice President/Principal Engineer, GE, CE, has over 25 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering. He has extensive experience in stability analysis, earthquake engineering, soil improvement, foundation design, hillside grading, retaining structures, pavements, reservoirs, etc.. Mr. Lai has managed numerous geotechnical projects located in geotechnical environments such as hillside, fill over San Francisco Bay Mud, expansive soils and liquefiable soils.
Steve K. Tsang, Vice President/Principal Engineer, GE, CE, has over 29 years of experience as a consulting geotechnical engineer. His background includes extensive experience in geotechnical studies, especially for project sites with difficult soil conditions including potentially liquefiable sands and highly compressible Young Bay Mud. He has headed a wide variety of civil and geotechnical engineering projects including: waterfront developments, bridges, levees, major residential developments and subdivisions, hillside grading, highways, airports, commercial and shopping centers, industrial facilities, high-rise structures, schools, sports parks, public works projects, water tanks, and landslide investigations and repairs.
Woode C. Stephens, Project Engineer/Field Supervisor, has over 30 years of technical and professional experience in geotechnical engineering, including field control of structural backfill grading operations, monitoring of deep structural foundation installation, and soil investigations. He has also had experience in research and development of methane gas recovery from sanitary landfills.
